The role collaborates with upstream and downstream teams, CMOs, and 3PLs to optimize distribution, ensure GMP/GDP compliance, and drive continuous improvement in logistics performance.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years’ experience in supply chain, preferably in pharmaceutical clinical supply chain.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with minimum 10 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Operations.

Responsibilities

• Support logistics initiatives across upstream divisions to strengthen distribution experience and alignment.
• Collaborate with Clinical Supply Planning, CMOs, Trade Compliance, and third-party providers for seamless logistics execution.
• Drive issue resolution, coordination, and timely clinical supply movement.
• Design and implement distribution strategies for efficient, compliant delivery to global sites.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps, and propose improvements to service levels and operations.
