Job summary

This role is expected to be hybrid in NYC, with a salary range of $55,500–$65,130 annually, commensurate with location. You will contribute to service excellence and member satisfaction through precise, compliant processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or some college coursework completed.
• 1–3 years of back-office experience in a financial processing environment.
• Basic knowledge of debit and credit card processing and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members and colleagues by processing card-related requests accurately.
• Perform card maintenance, payment processing, card production support, and servicing tasks.
• Assist Contact Center, Retail Branches, and Representative Offices with card-related inquiries and issues.
• Review and process daily card embossing and operational reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and update departmental procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
