• Looking to build a long-term practice, not just manage a docket.

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of GL and civil litigation matters from early case strategy through resolution.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and expert witnesses.
• Draft and argue motions including summary judgment, motions in limine, and discovery motions.
• Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Work directly with clients and adjusters to evaluate exposure and develop case strategy.
