The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, at least 3 years of professional accounting experience (preferably in manufacturing), strong Excel and ERP proficiency, and CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a closely related field is required for this role.
• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience, including strong proficiency with Outlook/Word and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability in core accounting functions including general ledger management, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• CPA designation is preferred; candidates with 3+ years in a mid-sized manufacturing environment are highly desirable; ERP experience is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex and diversified accounting assignments related to general ledger accounts.
• Examine and verify all financial data pertinent to general ledger accounts.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account ledgers.
• Prepare required financial reports, account reconciliations, and statements for management.
• Understand the variation and complexity of accounting procedures and ensure proper documentation.
