California Department of Justice – Division of Law Enforcement in Alameda County seeks a Field Representative to independently perform field inspections of cardrooms and tribal casinos to ensure compliance with the Gambling Control Act, Penal Code, Tribal State Compacts, and applicable CCR titles.

The role involves interpreting statutes, preparing inspection reports, identifying violations, and coordinating with Compliance and Enforcement staff and other agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Perform field inspections of cardrooms and tribal casinos to ensure compliance with the Gambling Control Act, Penal Code, and compacts.
• Prepare inspection and preliminary investigative reports for supervisory review.
• Identify violations and report pertinent information to Compliance and Enforcement or Licensing staff.
• Liaise with local, state, and federal agencies and provide gambling subject matter expertise.
