Hybrid work arrangement, no direct reports, and a primary portfolio management focus. Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years fundraising experience are preferred to drive program growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of fundraising or grant development experience.
• Proven success securing funding from foundations, government, corporations, or partners.
• Experience managing grant or donor pipelines and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure diverse funding.
• Identify prospective funders and maintain a pipeline of funders.
• Lead grant writing, proposals, and reports with admin support.
• Coordinate communications materials and funder-facing content.
