Job summary

The Michigan Department of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB) seeks a Full Stack .NET Developer to build web applications using .NET, Angular, and AWS migration skills in a collaborative, Agile environment.

The role involves transforming contracts, working with a team of about 10, and ensuring code quality through automated tests, documentation, and secure coding practices on-site in Lansing, MI with a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 6+ years Angular development and .NET experience.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Cloud AWS Migration.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and TDD.
• Experience with Playwright for integration testing.

Responsibilities

• Present information to the Project Review Board and stakeholders during meetings and reviews.
• Create, update, and maintain systems and IT program documentation.
• Draft technical models capturing data requirements and design data elements.
• Design and develop software code per approved architecture and security standards.
• Mitigate application security risks and remediate vulnerabilities promptly.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and change management activities.
