NPAworldwide is seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer for a hybrid role. You will build server-side components with Java/Vert.x and craft responsive front-ends with Vue.js, HTML, and CSS.

You’ll optimize Oracle SQL for risk and margin reporting, participate in full lifecycle development, and ensure robust, scalable systems for our financial services environment. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong Java back-end focus.
• Hands-on experience with Vert.x or similar reactive Java frameworks.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle SQL, including query optimization and schema design.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Experience in financial services or similar high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side components using Java and Vert.x.
• Build and enhance front-end interfaces using Vue.js, HTML and CSS.
• Write and optimize complex Oracle SQL queries and data models for risk and margin systems.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle from analysis to deployment.
• Monitor system health and performance; resolve production issues.
• Contribute to code reviews and technical documentation.
• Take ownership of modules and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Refactor and optimize existing systems; adopt best practices.
• Learn about financial instruments and concepts to improve domain understanding.
