Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software development experience.
• Strong TypeScript/React frontend development.
• Strong Python backend development and APIs.
• Strong SQL, database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience building backend APIs and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and backend architecture patterns.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Design, build, and optimize backend services, APIs, and distributed systems using Python.
• Design and optimize data models, database queries, and overall database performance.
• Contribute to scalable system architecture and cloud-native platform development.
• Develop and support data-intensive application workflows and data pipelines.
• Implement software engineering best practices including testing, CI/CD, and observability.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive operational improvements across the platform.
• Support and improve DevOps and automation practices across deployment and delivery processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong collaborative engineering culture.
