Job summary

Housr is hiring its first US‑based Full Stack Engineer to join our global product and engineering team in Chicago. You’ll build and own features across backend and frontend, collaborating with the UK team and US stakeholders to deliver high‑quality product experiences.

You will work on PHP/Laravel APIs, React/Next.js web interfaces, and React Native mobile experiences, while maintaining code quality and participating in planning, reviews and technical decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full‑stack engineering ownership.
• Strong PHP and Laravel backend experience.
• Strong React frontend experience with Next.js and/or React Native.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using PHP/Laravel.
• Develop web and mobile product experiences with React/Next.js/React Native.
• Deliver US product priorities and work with the wider team on integrations.
