Job summary

Zoom is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to own end-to-end features across frontend and backend, including AI-enabled workflows. You will work on Java/Spring Boot backends, modern frontend with React/TypeScript, and data stores, in a hybrid model in San Jose.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship scalable solutions, leverage AI tools, ensure security and performance, and contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of software development experience with full stack expertise.
• Hands-on proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Experience building frontend apps with React and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases; familiar with NoSQL databases.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, MCP, and AI agents.
• Experience with AWS or comparable clouds, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and security basics.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable full stack apps using Java, Spring Boot, React, REST/GraphQL, and databases.
• Design and maintain backend services with performance, security, and reliability.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows, AI agents, and RAG pipelines, using MCP where appropriate.
• Own features end-to-end from design through testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot across frontend, backend, APIs, and data stores.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling to accelerate delivery and code quality.
