Responsibilities

• Develop APIs and services for CRM workflows, activities, case retrieval, assignments, permissions, notifications, etc.
• Build reusable front end components for leads, case summaries, activities, assignments, dashboards, pricing, alerts, etc.
• Integrate with approved APIs, authentication, authorization, telemetry, feature controls
• Implement business rules, validation, concurrency controls, retry behavior, and structured error handling
• Integrate with queues, event streams, caching, monitoring, secrets, and Azure
• Write automated tests, technical documentation, and operational runbooks
