Job summary

PSS Industrial Group is seeking a full stack developer to build and maintain web interfaces, APIs, and services that connect front-end applications to AI models and enterprise data. The role involves collaborating across data engineering and IT teams to ship features end-to-end, with a focus on secure data handling and scalable design.

You will work across the stack—from front-end interfaces to backend services and integration layers—on a hybrid model in Houston, TX.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional full stack development experience.
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and React experience.
Solid backend experience with Python and REST API design.
Working SQL skills and data querying from data warehouses.
Experience integrating third-party APIs into production applications.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain web application front-ends for the ecosystem's tools (dashboards, reviews, quoting, AI assistants).
Design and implement backend APIs and services connecting front-end apps to AI models and data layers.
Migrate existing Python services and data views toward the canonical data model.
Integrate features with LLM-backed capabilities following grounding and security patterns.
Collaborate with data engineering, IT, and vendors to ship features end-to-end.
