Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Front-End Developer in Dallas, TX to help build and improve modern web applications using Angular. This contract-to-hire role is hybrid, with in-office presence required at least 3 days per week and some remote work.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate designs into reusable components, ensure performance, and support cloud-enabled deployments in Azure. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Angular development experience.
• 3+ years building web apps with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 3+ years using Git or similar version control systems.
• 5+ years with CSS, SCSS and responsive design techniques.
• 2+ years working with cloud-hosted apps and deployment processes.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and modern coding workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and visually engaging user interfaces for web-based applications.
• Enhance and maintain existing Angular applications, including debugging and performance improvements.
• Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into reusable front-end components.
• Support projects using both Angular and React technologies.
• Collaborate with backend developers and API teams to integrate functionality and data services.
• Recommend modernization strategies for legacy applications while maintaining stability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Work with product, design, and business teams to deliver user- and business-aligned features.
