Responsibilities

• Notice the data-driven gap between the spec and the shipped thing.
• Bridge Attention to Detail and Networking so neither team works in the dark.
• Support daily operations at our Livonia site and keep workflows moving.
• Notice when a general metric is lying and dig in.
• Maintain clear documentation of work performed and outcomes delivered.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
• Hand off Networking work clean enough that nobody has to ask twice.
• Trade quick wins for hands-dirty fixes when the math favors patience.
