Job summary

IDEX is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst – FP&A for the SPO location, a hybrid role at Pulsafeeder site in Punta Gorda, FL. You will drive pricing, margin optimization and customer profitability while partnering with sales, operations and leadership to improve profitability and support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in finance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong experience in commercial finance, FP&A or pricing.
• Experience building and managing large data models.
• Experience with ERP (JDE) and Power BI & Webi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue, margins and profitability across products, customers and regions.
• Provide pricing, discounting and contract performance insights.
• Support monthly close with variance analysis (price, volume, mix, cost drivers).
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of internal commercial finance reports.
• Develop and maintain pricing models aligned with market conditions and inputs.
• Partner with sales to evaluate pricing strategies and bid proposals for projects.
• Support annual price increase processes and customer negotiations.
• Monitor margin performance and identify leakage or improvement opportunities.
• Lead Orders and Backlog forecasting and contribute to budgeting and long-range planning.
