Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills with analytical skills as well as the ability to work in a high-performance, collaborative team environment
• Experience in financial analysis, for both P&L and balance sheet, is preferred
• Finance experience within Otis preferred
• Must be comfortable navigating Microsoft Suite, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and JDE

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasting and financial planning for OSC with forecasts, outlooks, budgets, and variance reporting
• Analyze daily sales and margin performance; share insights with finance and leadership
• Maintain and enhance recurring financial reporting: sales, open orders, MOD billings, forecasts
• Partner with operations, project managers, and finance to track open projects and provide financial visibility
• Perform variance analysis on manufacturing, operations, and freight expenses
• Manage freight expense reporting and month-end close support
• Support guaranteed billing processes and related inquiries
• Prepare financial commentary and management reporting packages
• Assist in annual planning, budgeting, and CAPEX processes with system uploads
• Support capital investments with project tracking and financial analysis
• Develop analytical tools and models to improve visibility and decision support
• Coordinate quarterly/ad hoc analyses including chargebacks and special projects
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen controls
