Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly forecast and financial planning for departments.
• Analyze operating expenses, headcount, and overhead spending performance.
• Monitor personnel costs, headcount moves, hiring plans, and compensation impacts.
• Enhance forecasting, reporting, and analytics tools for visibility into spend and resource use.
• Provide training to leaders on financial planning, headcount management, and expense governance.
• Assist in monthly/quarterly business reviews with insights and KPIs.
• Contribute to annual operating plan and strategic planning with financial analysis.
