Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience required.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial insights on expense drivers, trends, and risks.
• Support budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and communicate key drivers.
• Support month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy of results.
• Prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc financial reporting.
• Analyze data to identify trends and summarize actionable insights.
• Assist in business reviews and strategic planning.
• Identify risks/opportunities and communicate implications.
