Job summary

Blue Cross NC, in partnership with CuraCor, seeks a finance professional to drive financial monitoring and analysis across multiple portfolio companies. The role focuses on reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cross‑functional work to deliver actionable leadership insights.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in financial analysis or FP&A, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3+ years in financial analysis, reporting, or FP&A in a corporate setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior leaders.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage deadlines and priorities.
• Collaborative, cross-functional mindset and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting with accuracy and clarity.
• Analyze results versus budget and forecast; summarize variances for leadership.
• Build ad hoc analyses and models to answer strategic questions.
• Support budgeting, planning, and periodic reforecasting processes.
• Coordinate inputs across CuraCor and Blue Cross NC finance partners.
• Maintain and improve reporting templates and financial models.
• Ensure accuracy, document assumptions, and meet deadlines.
