Job summary

Youthprise in Minnesota seeks a Foster Postsecondary Success Manager to oversee equitable grant distribution for former foster youth and to connect them with on-campus resources and community partners.

You will collaborate with state programs, staff, and youth to ensure credential attainment, manage program budgets, supervise staff, and report outcomes in a hybrid, mostly remote role with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience within youth-serving contexts or boards.
• A postsecondary credential or degree is required.
• Experience leading or creating programming for youth.
• Experience navigating high-risk youth situations (foster youth, youth facing instability).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and partners to ensure equitable grant distribution.
• Maintain a budget and ensure funds are used per state regulations.
• Develop program orientation and guides for the Foster Postsecondary program.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with Finance to reach program goals.
• Prepare reports for Minnesota and partner communities on fund usage.
• Engage with community partners to provide CEUs and pathways to credential attainment.
