Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a licensed BCBA to provide clinical supervision and lead treatment planning for clients requiring telehealth and in-person services in Virginia. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with families, and maintaining compliant documentation while coordinating travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Active Virginia LBA license.
• Experience in supervision, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration.
• Reliable internet access and a private setting suitable for telehealth.
• Ability to travel for in-person services.
• Strong organizational skills and independent communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, complete reassessments, and update programs as needed.
• Deliver telehealth and in-person services based on client and program requirements.
• Analyze clinical data and make timely, evidence-based treatment decisions.
• Supervise RBTs and BTs through direct observation, coaching, training, and constructive feedback.
• Partner with caregivers, families, and other professionals to promote consistency and client progress across settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with payer requirements, privacy standards, telehealth guidelines, and state regulations.
• Proactively communicate any scheduling, technology, travel, or service-related challenges.
