Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a Fixed Income Reporting Analyst for a hybrid role in Boston, MA. You will partner with Investment Products & Fund Strategies and the Client Group to understand reporting needs and guidelines, building product expertise to produce high-quality client reporting including performance commentary and outlooks.

Responsibilities include reviewing team deliverables for accuracy and data integrity, and leading the development of customized client reporting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in the financial services industry.
• Bachelor's degree (Finance, Economics, or Marketing preferred).
• MBA, CFA, or progress toward either preferred.
• Python experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Investment Products & Fund Strategies and the Client Group to understand reporting needs and guidelines.
• Develop expertise in assigned products to deliver high-quality client reporting, including performance commentary and outlooks.
• Review deliverables for accuracy and data integrity; lead development of customized client reporting.
