Job summary

GW&K is seeking a Fixed Income Portfolio & Data Analyst in Boston to support municipal and taxable fixed income teams with attribution, positioning, and risk reporting. You will bridge analytics between investment professionals and our ED&A data infrastructure.

You’ll manage recurring weekly and monthly deliverables, respond to ad-hoc PM requests, and contribute to client materials, marketing content, and RFPs. The role is hybrid with a strong data/automation focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in fixed income analytics or performance.
• Strong knowledge of yield curves, duration, convexity, spreads.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg PORT Enterprise (BQL/BQuant).
• Advanced Excel and data modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain fixed income reporting (attribution, positioning, characteristics, and risk).
• Develop and enhance Bloomberg PORT Enterprise views, groupings, and reports.
• Utilize BQL and BQuant to extract and analyze data workflows.
• Act as analytics partner to fixed income teams and respond to ad hoc requests.
• Support creation and review of client-facing materials (marketing content, factsheets, pitchbooks, RFPs, DDQs).
• Assist with client analyses including portfolio comparisons and illustrations.
