Job summary

Marsh in Dallas, TX is seeking a Client Advisor in the FINPRO practice. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week and offers exposure to high-level risk management solutions for complex client accounts.

As a senior partner to clients and underwriters, you will lead advisory engagements, develop renewal strategies, and ensure quality delivery of policy placements while expanding Marsh's relationships with key stakeholders in the market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years industry experience; A&E experience preferred.
• Financial and Professional liability experience a must.
• P&C license a must, or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently oversees and manages large or complex accounts and coordinates go-to-market strategy.
• Maintains understanding of clients' strategic priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs to provide advisory guidance.
• Uses expert risk knowledge to review exposures and develop solutions for complex clients' needs.
• Develops renewal/placement strategies with Placement, Advisory Leaders and Client Executives across zones.
• Presents to prospective clients and identifies needs for new products or innovative solutions.
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients and ensures their risk management needs are met.
• Oversees delivery of client materials and the final placement to ensure quality.
• Engages in senior-level client interaction and problem solving.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of changing risk and insurance market conditions.
