Job summary

KeyBank Meridian branch is looking for a customer-focused Financial Wellness Advisor to support clients with transactions and build lasting relationships. This hybrid role combines client servicing (70%) with proactive client engagement (30%) to uncover needs and provide guidance on financial wellness.

You will work with branch leadership to align activities with business priorities, stay current on product guides, and maintain cash drawer accuracy. Some Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in developing client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Familiarity with digital technology and ability to teach clients about digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Embodies strong client experience culture and serves clients and teammates.
• Processes financial service transactions accurately and identifies opportunities to deepen relationships.
• Resolves complex client servicing issues.
• Provides financial wellness guidance and routes clients to appropriate bankers as needed.
• Attends and sometimes leads morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Adheres to compliance, audit, and security procedures.
