Job summary

NPC Financial, the South Florida Agency of Guardian Life, is seeking a Financial Services Consultant for a hybrid role in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area. Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate client financial situations, assess risk, and develop sound recommendations.
• Finance and financial services knowledge to understand products, markets, and planning strategies for individuals and businesses.
• Consulting skills to translate complex financial information into clear guidance and client-focused solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to build trust and present information clearly in writing and in person.
• Willingness to pursue industry-recognized certifications (e.g., Series 6/7, 63) and life/health licenses.
• Experience in financial planning, wealth management, or related advisory roles is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple client engagements, and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Proficiency with financial planning tools, CRM systems, and standard office software.
