Job summary

Pathward, National Association seeks an analyst to scrutinize customer and transaction data to identify suspicious activity and file SARs/CTRs with applicable regulatory agencies. The role involves evaluating multiple product types and financial crime types within a bank compliance framework.

This hybrid role supports monitoring strategies, customer inquiries, and adherence to production and quality standards. A high school diploma and strong attention to detail are required for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and investigates customer and transactional data and activity to identify and confirm suspicious activity.
• Files SARs & CTRs with regulatory agencies for activity that has been escalated by internal teams, external partners and third parties including Law Enforcement.
• Maintains service levels with workload in accordance to policies, procedures and compliance standards.
• Answers inbound and outbound calls to provide servicing for monitoring strategies and customer inquiries.
• Maintains standards of Production, Quality and Leadership results for workstreams assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
