Job summary

CFS in the Carrollwood area of Tampa is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. You will maintain and analyze data, assist with forecasting and reporting, and help drive budgeting processes while gaining visibility with senior leadership including the CEO.

This hybrid role offers 1-3 years of related experience, a path to FP&A, and opportunities to develop financial modeling skills in a fast-moving environment with a Monday–Friday schedule and minimal travel.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of financial analysis, corporate accounting, or FP&A experience
• Experience in a medium to large corporate environment preferred
• Public company audit experience will also be considered
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

• Maintain and analyze financial data within reporting systems
• Monitor and evaluate budget versus actual performance
• Review project scope, resource allocation, and financial budgets
• Assist with financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting activitiesSupport ongoing financial analysis and management decision-making
