Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive financial analysis and reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Analytical skills with initiative and flexibility.
• Project management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Proven problem-solving, communication and teamwork abilities.
• MBA, CPA or related advanced degree preferred.
• Knowledge of HFM, Oracle, MicroStrategy BI, OneStream or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine to complex financial analysis and reporting according to procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial oversight for assigned areas and communicate findings to business partners.
• Support conversion of brand strategies into actionable financial plans.
• Analyze data to determine financial impact of proposed initiatives.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with accounting for corrections.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and year-end analyses and reports for management.
• Participate in meetings to highlight successes and opportunities in the area.
• Identify emerging trends and communicate implications for action.
