Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and operational decision-making across a multi-site network of physician practices and ambulatory centers in Exton, PA. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Cycle, Operations, and senior leadership to analyze performance and deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance-analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, and financial modeling.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear recommendations.
• Strong communication with cross-functional partner experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management reporting, operational analysis, and KPI reporting.
• Support annual budgeting, strategic planning, and reforecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including budget-to-actual and variance analysis.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial trends across practices, providers, and service lines.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify performance issues and opportunities.
• Support Accounting during month-end close and investigate financial variances.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and business cases for strategic investments.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects for leadership.
