iHeartMedia is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Markets Group in Dallas. You will leverage data and analytics to drive financial success for the assigned market, supporting sales reporting, payroll review, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will forecast, analyze, and communicate variances, prepare boards and leadership reports, and participate in budgeting. Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong Excel skills and a collaborative mindset.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with an accounting or finance emphasis.
• 2–3 years of accounting/financial analysis experience.
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Cognos, TM1, Salesforce, Quattro and SharePoint preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement FP&A processes to support market finance needs.
• Forecast, analyze, and evaluate financial plans and budgets.
• Prepare consolidated expense actuals and forecast reports for leadership.
• Lead variance analysis for forecast, budget, and monthly close.
• Partner with Sales and Programming to drive business decisions.
