Job summary

RTX is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Business Manager on the Resilient Missile Warning and Tracking Epoch 2 Vendor 2 program. This award-dependent role involves financial leadership for earned value, forecasts, and planning in a true program-startup environment.

You will interact with customers and senior stakeholders, prepare analyses, and contribute to proposals. This is a hybrid U.S.-based position with opportunities for growth in aerospace and defense.

Qualifications

• Typically requires: a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience with consolidating and analyzing large financial data sets to ensure accurate forecasts.
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Support various customer meetings and internal executive level meetings.
• Engage in proposal development including reviews of Basis of Estimates (BOEs), chart preparation, cost volume development, manpower planning and contract negotiation preparation.
