Job summary

HUB International, a leading global insurance and employee benefits broker, is seeking a Finance Project Manager to own and deliver large cross-functional finance initiatives. The role requires independence, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups, including senior leadership.

This hybrid position can be worked from HUB offices in the US and Canada, with a preference for Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large cross-functional finance programs.
• 4-year degree required; MBA or PMP a plus.
• Exposure to executive stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and finance/accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete lifecycle of large, complex finance initiatives.
• Deliver independently in ambiguous environments with limited guidance.
• Unblock teams and accelerate delivery through strategic and tactical work.
• Influence process owners and key decisions within a VP organization.
• Produce high-quality functional requirements, design docs, milestones and status updates.
