Savers | Value Village is seeking a Finance Manager, Production Planning, to partner with Operations, Supply, and Finance to drive sales, margin, and supply optimization across regions. You will lead forecasting, planning, and executive reporting, while developing your team and advancing strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in finance, supply chain, planning or related analytical role.
Experience forecasting, planning, financial analysis, and business partnering.
Demonstrated leadership experience; people management preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive SOPs to improve sales and margin.
Own 18-month supply forecast and planning process.
Analyze forecast accuracy and refine models and inputs.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities and drive profitable growth.
Develop executive-level reporting and insights for senior leadership.
