Job summary

Scotts Miracle-Gro is offering Finance & Accounting Internships for the summer of 2027 in Marysville, Ohio. The program is hybrid with 2-3 days in-office per week.

Interns will rotate across core finance functions, including FP&A, Marketing Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Financial Reporting, Internal Audit, Tax/Treasury, and Orders to Cash. The ideal candidate balances quantitative skills with business sense, demonstrates initiative and time management, and can collaborate with multiple partners

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative analytical skills and business acumen.
• Ability to interact effectively with multiple business partners and functions.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic finance systems (e.g., SAP).

Responsibilities

• Gain experience in FP&A with budget/forecast consolidation and reporting.
• Support Marketing Finance and brand performance analysis with P&Ls for portfolios.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Finance on monthly closes and forecast activities.
• Assist with Financial Reporting and technical accounting tasks as needed.
• Work with Tax/Treasury and Orders to Cash teams on financial processes.
