Qualifications

Formal orientation and on-boarding
2 - 3 years of progress towards a bachelor’s degree in business with an Accounting, Finance, or closely related major
Overall and within major GPA of 3.0 or higher
Demonstrated interest in accounting, finance, and operations through course work or previous internships
Computer savvy, knowledge of ERP systems, and strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively interact with senior management
Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

Heavily project focused with day-to-day activities
Analyze monthly and quarterly results vs forecast and prior year
Provide insights to Company leadership on implications for future periods
Collaborate across the organization to understand the state of the business
Hands-on experience in Finance and exposure to manufacturing and distribution operations
Develop organizational and time management skills for daily and project work
