Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal orientation and on-boarding
• 2 - 3 years of progress towards a bachelor’s degree in business with an Accounting, Finance, or closely related major
• Overall and within major GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Demonstrated interest in accounting, finance, and operations through course work or previous internships
• Computer savvy, knowledge of ERP systems, and strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively interact with senior management
• Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Heavily project focused with day-to-day activities
• Analyze monthly and quarterly results vs forecast and prior year
• Provide insights to Company leadership on implications for future periods
• Collaborate across the organization to understand the state of the business
• Hands-on experience in Finance and exposure to manufacturing and distribution operations
• Develop organizational and time management skills for daily and project work
