Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher in overall and major.
• Formal orientation and on-boarding.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Market Research and Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing market data, trends, and customer preferences.
• Product Development Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in development or optimization of product lines.
• Operational Assistance: Support day-to-day operations, including production scheduling, supply chain coordination, and inventory management.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with finance, sales, and marketing to gather data for performance insights.
• Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain databases and prepare KPI reports for senior management.
• Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
