You will support our national network of field consultants to service client accounts, manage consultant relationships, and assist with business development while contributing to strategic communications work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Political Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in field organizing, grassroots campaigns, political operations, communications, or a related area. Internship experience considered.
• Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail, especially when managing databases, trackers, and paperwork.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the national network of field consultants to service client accounts.
• Manage consultant relationships and assist with business development efforts.
• Produce election guides, lobby directories, and political calendars.
• Provide day-to-day support for Field Network activities on designated client accounts.
• Collaborate with Operations to oversee onboarding and ensure processes are followed.
• Translate intel into usable documents for business development and marketing.
