Job summary

Essnova Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large-scale federal endpoint management and cybersecurity modernization program for NIH, based in Bethesda/Rockville, MD with hybrid-telework eligibility.

The role is contingent upon contract award and requires coordinating with Government stakeholders and enterprise IT teams. You will oversee scheduling, staffing, and delivery across endpoint-management tools (Intune, MECM) and security workstreams, ensuring compliance with security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years experience managing complex federal IT/cybersecurity programs.
• 5+ years in enterprise endpoint management and Microsoft tech environments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in large, distributed enterprises.
• Strong scheduling, milestones, KPIs, risk and issues management.
• Experience with fixed-price federal work and deliverable acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary program interface with Government stakeholders.
• Lead contract execution, staffing, resource allocation, and delivery across workstreams.
• Manage teams supporting Microsoft Intune, MECM, Defender for Endpoint, Defender Antivirus, Azure Arc, JAMF/macOS.
• Maintain integrated schedules and manage risks, issues, decisions, dependencies.
• Lead program/status meetings and executive reporting.
• Track KPIs, service levels, acceptance criteria, and security requirements.
• Coordinate modernization and transition activities to steady-state operations.
• Ensure deliverables are accurate, timely, and traceable to requirements.
• Support audit readiness, security/privacy, and 508-compliant reporting.
• Maintain effective communication with Government stakeholders and Essnova leadership.
