Modern Family Law is seeking a hybrid Family Law Associate Attorney to help launch and grow our new Atlanta office. You will handle a variety of family law matters, engage directly with clients, and contribute to building a strong team culture in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 0-3 years of Family Law experience, Georgia Bar admission, and exceptional writing and communication skills. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered, with work-from-anywhere options

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of Family Law experience preferred.
• Experience in Family Law; open to litigation candidates.
• Active admission to the Georgia State Bar.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of family law cases (divorce, custody, child and spousal support).
• Direct client communications, draft legal documents, depositions, court appearances, mediations.
