Job summary

Modern Family Law, a growing national family law firm, is seeking a hybrid Family Law Senior Attorney for our new Atlanta office. This role offers direct client contact, varied litigation, and the chance to shape a remote-first practice with in-person court appearances as required.

Candidates should have four+ years of Family Law experience, Georgia Bar admission, strong drafting and advocacy skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters with precision.

Qualifications

• Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience.
• Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates.
• Active admission to the Georgia State Bar.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.

Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking a hybrid Family Law Senior Attorney to help launch and grow our new Atlanta office. While the physical office is not yet open, we’re eager to start building relationships with talented Georgia attorneys who are excited about being part of something new. Compensation

Compensation: $90,000 - $180,000 annually. The range presented is a reliable estimate of the base salary plus potential commissions based on billable hours and collections that this individual is expected to receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Full-time employees are eligible for health insurance with an optional Health Savings Account (HSA), short-term disability, long-term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401(k) Retirement Plan, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.

Requirements
