Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or related).
• 3+ years of oil and gas facilities engineering experience.
• Experience with P&IDs, PFDs, and hydraulic/network modeling.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills; effective across teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate development programs into facility planning requirements.
• Lead conceptual engineering for new pad/CTB development and tie-ins.
• Prepare cost estimates and support capital forecasting.
• Collaborate with marketing and midstream to meet fluid specs and capacities.
• Manage project execution from design to commissioning/start-up.
• Coordinate multi-discipline contractors to deliver on schedule and budget.
• Review P&IDs, PFDs, and equipment specs; drive cost/operability optimization.
• Oversee hydraulic sizing for flowlines, pumps, and separators.
• Support commissioning, first production handover, and field issues.
