Job summary

Travelers is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer II to join our Enterprise Technology Solutions team. The role focuses on administering and improving Microsoft365 messaging and collaboration services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and related integrations in a hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of infrastructure or systems engineering experience with strong Exchange hybrid and Teams knowledge, plus Azure AD identity and security expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of infrastructure or systems engineering experience.
• Strong Exchange hybrid and Teams expertise.
• Experience with SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
• Knowledge of Azure AD identity, security, Conditional Access and MFA.
• PowerShell, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, networking and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage Exchange Online and on-premises Exchange in a hybrid environment.
• Administer Teams policies, meetings, and Direct Routing; maintain integrations with Exchange, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Automation and operational support using PowerShell; onboarding/offboarding, licenses and mailbox setup, monitoring and backups.
• Plan and execute Exchange updates, mailbox migrations and MS365 feature deployments; document runbooks and train teams.
