• 4+ years direct experience in events or related field.
• Excellent communication and organization with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead across functional teams and multiple levels.
• Flexible schedule based on event calendar and company needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide event business administration support and central calendar management.
• Create vendor pitch decks and follow-up to raise participation.
• Support event marketing, templates, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain event recaps, best practices, and photo library.
• Assist with central budget, ROI tracking, and vendor setup.
• Create and manage Eventbrite pages and FedEx sign templates.
