Qualifications

• Five or more years of estimating or assistant estimating experience in general contracting.
• Experience estimating commercial projects of at least five million dollars or more.
• Background in multifamily, hospitality, higher education, or retail construction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for various construction projects.
• Review drawings and subcontractor proposals for accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Chief Estimator on pricing strategies.
