Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company seeks a Specialist for APX Estimating to lead cost and pricing estimates for proposals and contracts. You will develop Basis of Estimates (BOE) documentation and ensure alignment across technical, schedule, risk and financial inputs.

You will contribute to standardization within the APX Project & Portfolio Planning organization, report to the Manager, APX Cost Estimating, and work in Cranberry Woods offices with hybrid capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience in cost and price estimating, project controls, finance, or related project support.
• Ability to validate information, document assumptions, and complete varied assignments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cost and price estimating for projects from feasibility to EPC.
• Develop and validate cost and price models for RFPs and proposals.
• Prepare Basis of Estimates (BOEs) using approved data and assumptions.
• Analyze scope, resource, risk, and schedule inputs for assigned projects.
• Contribute to standard processes and maintain documentation for reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical and cost content.
