Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in estimating design, project management or related field.
• Solid knowledge of building codes and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate quotations and pre-order assistance on complex quotes.
• Offer design recommendations, loading support and value engineering ideas to peers.
• Collaborate with builders and project teams to develop cost-effective, efficient solutions.
• Assist sales with pricing information and quotation processes.
• Help others understand pricing software and its capabilities.
• Mentor entry-level and peer estimators to improve performance.
