Connexion Systems & Engineering Inc. is seeking an Estate Administrator in Boston for a hybrid role. The candidate will oversee all facets of estate administration, including probate filings, asset valuation, and distributions, with a focus on compliance with Federal and Massachusetts tax laws.

A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in estate/trust administration are required; strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills and knowledge of estate tax software (GEMS preferred) are essential.

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of estate/trust administration experience.
• Experience with probate and estate administration in Massachusetts.
• Proficiency in drafting Federal and state estate tax returns.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PDF programs, Outlook.

Mansioni

• Prepare and file Massachusetts Probate Court documents and probate accountings.
• Prepare Federal and MA estate tax returns and other state returns as required.
• Value assets, prepare distributions, and coordinate post-mortem tax planning with attorneys/t professionals.
• Oversee transfer of assets to beneficiaries and maintain accurate account activity.
• Provide reliable, responsive support to attorneys, fiduciaries, and family members.
