LHH is partnering with a growing manufacturing firm to hire an ERP Administrator for a major ERP modernization initiative. The role supports IT, operations, supply chain, finance, and leadership, shaping future state business operations.

It is a hybrid role with three days onsite in South Portland, offering workload across configuration, testing, integrations, and optimization. The candidate will train users, create dashboards, and collaborate with implementation partners to maximize ERP

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on ERP experience.
• Strong Microsoft SQL skills for reporting and data extraction.
• 1+ year supporting manufacturing operations and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support the ERP system across multiple functions.
• Manage workflows, security, document management, and system configurations.
• Identify process gaps and propose solutions via configuration, reporting, or customization.
